These terms govern your use of myfishmox.com and any order you place through it. By placing an order you accept them.

1. Intended use of our products

Everything sold on this site is for ornamental fish and pet birds only. It is not for human consumption and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease in humans. Nothing on this site is veterinary or medical advice. For a sick animal, consult an aquatic or avian veterinarian, who can identify the problem and advise on the correct product, dose and duration.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to order from us.

3. Products, pricing and availability

We describe our products as accurately as we can, including the active ingredient, strength and count. Colours and packaging shown in photographs may vary slightly. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. If an item is mispriced or out of stock after you order, we will contact you and either correct the order with your agreement or refund it in full.

4. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where we suspect fraud, where a delivery address cannot be verified, or where an order appears to be for a purpose these products are not sold for. In that case we refund in full.

5. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's payment providers. We do not store your full card details. See our Payments Policy for the methods we accept.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for outcomes arising from use of a product outside its labelled purpose, from dosing without veterinary guidance, or from use in humans.

8. Intellectual property

The text, images and design of this site belong to us or our suppliers and may not be copied or reused commercially without written permission.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, and any dispute will be heard in the courts of that state.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the version published here at the time you order is the one that applies.
